Creative Asset Requirements

Use our Creative Builder to add creatives to your Advertiser campaigns. We support three categories of creatives: Templates, MREC, and Banner. Within each category, you can choose from multiple creative types.

The creatives you define here must be reviewed and approved by our internal team. Learn about approvals.

Templates

Fullscreen ad type. Use a predefined template container and add your video or accompanying images. We support three types of Template creatives: Looping Video, Carousel, and Gradient.

Looping Video

The looping video template allows the video to repeat infinitely, and is optimal for shorter, eye-catching videos.

Carousel

With the carousel template, the video is accompanied by an endcard which supports multiple images, encouraging users to browse images.

The carousel template requires at least three carousel image assets (maximum of five), and a video asset. Note that you cannot preview your carousel sequence in the Creative Builder Preview until you add the video asset.

Gradient

A gradient template has a video, accompanied by a simplified endcard with a fullscreen image and overlayed CTA.

MREC

Popular industry standard rectangular ad (300x250) that incorporates video or images for higher engagement. We support two types of MREC creatives: MREC Looping Video and Image MREC.

The looping video MREC allows the video to repeat infinitely, and is optimal for shorter, eye-catching videos.

Banner

A slim static or animated ad that remains on screen: 320x50, 300x50, or 728x90 (tablet). We support two types of Banner creatives: Image Banner and Dynamic Banner.

Dynamic Banner

Dynamic banners are auto-compiled for you; they are created using the metadata we gather from the app information and image you provide in your account. Dynamic banners are a great substitute for precise banner images created by a designer.

No assets are required.
